I am an advisor with a regulated blockchain fund LuneX and Loyal VC and a global mentor for Techstars. Prior to that, I spent a decade in Strategic Account Management roles with leading MNCs like Maersk Line, CMA-CGM, JLL, Colliers and GEFCO.
My unique expertise, honed through years of experience building functional leadership teams and a psychodynamic-systemic approach gained from my Executive Master in Change at INSEAD, gives me a deep understanding of organizational dynamics.
I work with a diverse range of global clients, including founders, C-suite executives, and high-potential employees at VC-backed and venture-built companies. As a team coaching practitioner with a strong foundation and deep listening skills, I identify critical issues in team dynamics, organizational culture and leadership development.
